- Mix flour + soy milk + baking soda + shredded coconut+ cocoa powder + 1 pinch of sea salt
- Peel bananas, cut into small pieces, stir into dough
- Fry pancakes in oil

Anyone who goes a few years back knows that I very much like to have pancakes for breakfast / lunch / dinner.
It did not matter what for an occasion there was to make these – pancakes were always welcome. My pancakes have always contained eggs and milk, that’s how I knew pancakes. In the last few months I have tried different vegan recipes, but I did not like the result …
Lately, I found a recipe by Attila Hildmann, did a bit of an expiriment on that and found my new favorite pancake recipe !! It is super easy, fast and guaranteed delicious.
Note: You can also take normal flour or wheat flour instead of spelt / buckwheat flour – but just I found the combination of spelled and buckwheat very right.
